• Document the controller and processor roles for each step.
• Complete a data-processing agreement before a provider receives personal data.
• Record a lawful basis, retention period and approved international-transfer mechanism before launch.

AI boundaries

May be permitted after approval

• Organise facts the person has provided into a reviewable summary.
• Identify missing information and draft questions for a healthcare professional.
• Explain general genetics concepts using wording approved for this market.

Never permitted

• Diagnosing a condition or confirming a hereditary syndrome.
• Selecting, ordering or presenting a genetic test as medically necessary.
• Giving an individual probability, screening schedule or treatment recommendation.
• Routing the person to a provider that is not eligible for Ireland.

Clinical and laboratory prerequisites

• The provider confirms that it can legally and clinically serve the person in Ireland.
• A qualified professional reviews the family and personal history before any test is selected.
• The provider obtains its own clinical consent and explains possible results, limitations and implications.

The provider will confirm the service, total price and any available care route before payment.

Tax, invoicing and commercial terms

The checkout must identify the contracting party, invoice issuer, applicable VAT treatment and full price before payment.

Genidi does not receive a referral commission or a percentage of the provider's clinical fee. Any fixed technology or coordination fee is disclosed before booking.
